We have designed our accommodation to cater for a variety of numbers and needs, from one to 18-ish. In addition to your own separate accommodation, each with its own space, we offer the use of the lovely garden room, a covered deck area if you want to eat as a group, and three acres or so for everyone to enjoy, with wild flowers in season and wildlife to spot! There is also now a (seasonal) hot tub for you to enjoy a soak in after a long hard day's relaxing!

The 'SIGNAL BOX' - not a real one! but upstairs with a long window... for one or two...light and cosy...lovely view...very IKEA...double bed under the eaves...leather chairs...private shower room...outside table.

The CORNER - for one or two (+1)...features wood and stone...bedroom with double/ twin...en suite shower room...sitting/ dining room with French doors and a picnic table outside...
Note: the Signal box and Corner each has simple cooking facilities and fridge. Both have limited hanging space. Both are popular.

The CABIN - offers complete solitude, apart from the wildlife! A lovely setting, and just refurbished. Joiner built in warm wood, fully insulated and plenty of heating. Full kitchen facilities including dishwasher. Shower room. Lovely South view. Sleeps four in a double/ twin, and the other bedroom has adult-sized crossover beds. Outside table and chairs.

The STABLES - an old stone building brought right up to date! Sleeps 6(+2). Ideal for a group of friends or a family with teenage children. There are three bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms: two single rooms, and a family room with a double and two single beds(one is a high bunk, suitable for age 6+). There is also an extra double bed settee in the living space. Kitchen with full-sized oven, microwave, fridge etc. One single bedroom is also suitable for wheelchair users - ask for details. Intercom available if required.Note:one single room and the family room have exterior doors with locks so may not be suitable for small children (teenagers seem to like the extra independence!). Outside raised terrace area with garden furniture.

The LODGE
The 'posh end' of the Dell has the lovely new lodge with all mod cons, including dishwasher, LCD TV for DVDs, oodles of storage space etc. Sleeps 4 in spacious double, and twin with crossover beds.
Shared ownership - some of our regulars are now part owners of the upmarket lodge. There are 3 further shares available this year, do get in touch if you would like to be part of Rivendell in this way. (Why not come and try it out-if you then decide to become a part owner, we will refund the cost of your stay)
